- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING JULY 22ND
- REPORT SUMMARY
The AGM was held on the 22nd and pending publication
of the full minutes here is a summary of the key points.
Mike Redrup, Chairman, and Stephen Cake, Secretary,
stood down and Nick Aitken took over as Secretary. We still need
to elect a Chairman/Chairwoman. Other committee positions were
confirmed and Jack Bonner joined the committee as a new member.
The club finances are healthy for 2025 but partly
because we were unable to attend the March NEC show and therefore
saved on expense. Westill need to replace the stolen display
equipment but feel that this can be done within the sum obtained
from the insurance.
It was agreed to offer a new "Online" tier
of membership initially set at £15 per annum offering online
access to a PDF copy of Coventry Spires and the growing online
HOC archive. This is expected to benefit and attract overseas
members as well as adding to the facilities for the traditional
full paper copy members.
