        DVLA REGISTRATIONS (FORM V765)
The HOC is the DVLA authorized club for recovery of registrations
with the V765 form, please contact Sue if you need to engage
with the DVLA with regard to recovery of a registration. If the
VIN is not in place on the car or if substantial modifications
have been made to it then we cannot guarantee recovery of an
original registration and the DVLA may issue an age-related registration
or even a Q-plate. This service is free-of-charge to members.
If a physical inspection is required the member must pay the
        travel costs.

        INSURANCE VALUATIONS

The HOC is able to provide members a free-of-charge
valuation to support an agreed valuation of a car for their insurance
company. The valuation is based on the Hagerty
valuation system and knowledge of recent sales by the designated
specialist. The Hagerty categories are FAIR (RUNNING WITH MOT),
GOOD, EXCELLENT and CONCOURS. We may not be able to provide a
valuation for cars that are not running or in parts. We require
photographs from the front, rear, both sides, interior, engine
bay and boot. The valuations are only available for models where
the club has a designated specialist. Please provide all the
information requested in the Valuation PDF.

to download the Members Valuation PDF Form.

(Note: the valuation charge to non-members is the
same as the membership fee, so why not join?)

        GENERAL VALUATIONS

The club is not able to provide valuations for the
sale of a vehicle. Ultimately the value of a car is only worth
what someone is prepared to pay. This can only be truly known
if the car is placed on the market and receives offers. Watch
auction sites like Ebay to determine the likely sale price and
condition of other cars being sold. Any advice you receive from
the club or other members will only be an informal estimation.

        RACT HERITAGE CERTIFICATE

a Heritage Certificate if you provie them with the model, registration
and VIN number. Please contact them via the link below.
